![]() My abs are always there, but I know a harder, better defined look always looks better. I do an intense cardio session following the weights at the gym and work a heavy bag at home - if I can't do it my adjusting the diet more, then so be it. But I'll tell you what if cardio everyday is the secret, I'll stay where I am at 12% and be satisfied as nothing bores to death like cardio. I'd like to see myself at 9% if possible so I was curious about what his approach was. I'm about as big as I'm going to get 'naturaly' at 52 and though 186 at about 12 % BF at 5'6'', I'd like to be leaner but can't seem to drop anymore fat. ![]()
